In today’s tutorial, we will explore a fun way to use the standard Quick Line tool that comes with Procreate. I love to mix things up by exploring what’s possible when you make art using both my brushes and the excellent free tools that come with Procreate!
I’m a bit obsessed with adding tools to my digital art toolbox and sharing with my supporters (you lovely people!) how to get the most out of your brush sets. By combining this tool with pattern, dual brushes or scatter brushes, we can enjoy greater control over our abstract pieces, without sacrificing unpredictability and experimentation.
I will show how to do this using my brushes from my Galaxy, Alcohol Ink and Winter Magic brush sets for Procreate, though you are very welcome to experiment with any other scatter or pattern brushes that you have.
You can watch the tutorial by clicking the video link below, and you will also find written instructions and other details in the video description.
I would love to see what you come up with! You’re very welcome to tag me on Instagram @alainajensen, use #alainajensenbrushes or share your work in our free facebook group.
