A massive collection of stamp brushes and opaque sticker brushes for Procreate, made from 109 real vintage illustrations and built for layering in busy collages or digital journal pages.

This set contains both traditional Procreate stamp brushes, and a new kind of brush called a sticker brush. Both give you a finished element with one tap, but the way the image appears differs between the two. Stamp brushes come out semitransparent in whatever single colour you pick (a concept you may already be familiar with), while Sticker brushes come out fully opaque, with your chosen colour as the background and the illustration in greyscale on top, so it sits on the page like a piece of cut paper.

The ephemera and other photo based brushes are provided as stickers only, while both are included for the illustration based brushes so that you can choose which one suits your project. Stickers are great for stacking and layering, and stamps are great for blending in.

The whole set shares one antique, faintly sinister mood, which makes it a natural fit for Halloween projects, though if your style leans whimsigoth, dark academia or curiosity cabinet, you’ll find yourself using them all year. Every image comes from authentic vintage source material, cleaned up by hand and made into brushes. No AI, just the genuine strangeness of old things.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

1 Brush folder (.brushset file), 2 color palettes (.swatches files), and a PDF download guide. Files are installable in the Procreate iPad app with Apple Pencil, and will not work in any other application. Procreate 5.4 or higher is required.

192 Procreate brushes (in one .brushset file) from 109 unique vintage images, across five categories:

  • Ephemera (26 brushes): Opaque paper, keys and frames, made for layering. These are photographs of real objects rather than illustrations, so this section is stickers only.
  • Menagerie (37 brushes): Ravens, moths, beetles, bats and stranger creatures, from real antique natural history illustrations. Beautiful to slightly unsettling.
  • Mortality (33 brushes): Anatomy, superstition and mortality from a Victorian perspective. Skulls, skeletons, palmistry, a witch and a boot.
  • Herbarium (60 brushes): Poisonous and graveyard plants with vessels to hold them. Nightshade, foxglove, hemlock, mushrooms, bare trees and a pumpkin.
  • Marvels (36 brushes): Illustrations from an age when science and industry seemed like magic. Gothic architecture, clockwork, star charts, a train and a hot air balloon.

Anything based on an illustration is provided as both a sticker and a stamp brush, and the counts above include both versions. Anything based on a photograph of a real object comes as a sticker only.

Also Including:

  • 2 Color palettes chosen to suit the set.
  • A written User Manual explaining each category, the difference between stickers and stamps, and how to get the most out of your new brushes.
  • Full video walkthrough and demo (see above).
  • A growing library of tutorial videos.
